WLAN firmware update to WSM_A30.02.0380

Turns out this is a known problem:

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/igloocommunity/+bug/934034

Increasing vmalloc to 272M wasn't enough for me, it needed to be 300M.

After this change to get 3.3.0+rc6 booting, the wifi works on V5. Both
with the old and new firmware.
