enable caif support in kernel

Hi All,

I wanted to enable caif driver support in kernel for my android code. I
want to communicate with the snowball board. In snowball caif support is
there. So can somebody please tell me how to enable caif driver support in
kernel and how to build the kernel with caif support. I have one more doubt
like while compiling total source code of android the final image will be
created in

vendor/st-ericsson/boot/startupfiles/

and after compiling the kernel it will create a  zImage. So how can I
intigrate the zimage with the main image. Because finally I need one image
which I can flash into the device.
