Igloo kernel development

Hello Iglooians (yes we need a better term, I'm open for suggestions...)

As the Linux kernel is one of the most important pieces of hardware
support for Snowball boards, there needs to be a clear and effective
path for kernel development.

Currently for Snowball the situation has not been too clear; Linaro
has hosted at least a couple of trees with Snowball support, at Igloo
there is kernel branches based on wildly different development tracks
and so on.

This is about to change.

ST-Ericsson, Linaro and Movial are working towards unified kernel
development path for Snowball where there will only be one upstream
for all kernel development, "generic" and Android alike. It's not
going to be all there tomorrow of course, but now we take the first
step towards it.

The development will directly tap into ST-Ericsson's internal
development path and stream up-to-date hardware support to Igloo
Community and Linaro builds. Changes will also flow the other way,
contributions from community, Linaro and Movial will be integrated to
become a part of one and the same source for Snowball support.

The Igloo kernel tree, the upstream for Snowball support, will live at
igloocommunity.org from where it is mirrored to Linaro's site,
ensuring that no updates are missed. See below for a further note on
this.

There is now also a kernel at igloocommunity.org mailing list which can
be used for kernel development discussions, patch contributions and
peer review.

A new path of development will contain small pain, as usual:

 * The previous content of igloo-kernel.git was REPLACED so some
branches that were there might have vanished completely
 * Igloo release branches for existing releases have been preserved at
legacy-kernel.git
